The role is responsible for developing, maintaining and continuously improving the company's Business Management System (BMS) and Quality Management System Key Responsibilities Maintain and improve the Business Management System (BMS). Plan, manage and lead, internal audits, process audits, product audits, manufacturing process audits and external certifications and customer audits Manage audit schedules and ensure actions are completed. Drive corrective actions through the CAR (Corrective Action Request) process. Ensure compliance with automotive customer requirements and industry standards. Manage warranty performance, warranty claims and debit note closure. Support supplier audit programmes and mentor Supplier Quality teams. Support IMDS (International Material Data System) submissions Skills
