My client, a highly specialised manufacturing business, is on the hunt for a driven and dynamic account manager to join their Sales Team!
Role and Responsibilities:
- Reporting to the Sales Director, the role primarily consists of relationship led strategic account management and new business development.
- Using a strategic, value-based approach, you will be responsible for growing existing key accounts while proactively developing new business opportunities.
- Provide technical support to customers (application engineering solutions).
- Cross-functional collaboration to achieve operational and strategic objectives.
- Management of OEM accounts.
- Negotiate pricing and commercial terms with customers.
Experience or Qualifications:
- Industry B2B sales experience essential (engineering or manufacturing).
- Good communication to enable effective relationships with a diverse range of customers.
- Previous experience of international travel visiting clients.
- Examples of customer relationships that have been successful.
