Role and Responsibilities β Operations Manager
In this role, you will be a core member of the management team responsible for the day-to-day operation of the businesses UK HQ. This will mean being responsible for developing and improving all functions related to assembly and manufacturing for the site.
- Setting the vision and objectives for the Operations function whilst motivating, mentoring and coaching colleagues to develop into a high performing team.
- Apply lean manufacturing principles to all operational processes to continually drive improvement, reduce waste and increase performance against set objectives.
- Strive toward best practice in the manufacturing environment by coaching managers and teams in areas such as 5S, safety principles, process optimisation and a customer first mindset.
- Management and oversight of; Production, Materials, Planning, Facilities, Continuous Improvement.
