Omega Resource Group is seeking a Mechanical Maintenance Technician for night shifts in Wellingborough.

Salary ranges £40,000–£45,000 depending on experience, with a 12-hour shift pattern (3 nights on, 2 off, 3 nights on, 4 off).

Responsibilities include fault diagnosis and repairs on mechanical/hydraulic systems, performing planned maintenance, and supporting OEE improvement initiatives.

Experience in hydraulics, pneumatics, and basic electrical fault finding is valued.
