What We’re Looking For (Essential)
We are specifically targeting mechanically biased engineers with:
- Apprenticeship (Mechanical) OR NVQ Level 3 in Mechanical Maintenance / Engineering
Backgrounds considered:
- Manufacturing – including automotive, aerospace and process chemicals etc
- Food & beverage/packaging – the sweet spot
- Pharmaceutical/process industries
- Or any mechanical maintenance environment (open to all trades)
Exposure to the following is highly beneficial:
- Conveyors, motors, gearboxes, belts
- Packaging machinery/process equipment
- Basic exposure to sensors, relays, or electrical fault-finding
