Role Overview – Mechanical Fitter
Join our clients dynamic team as a Mechanical Fitter, where your expertise in hydraulic and pneumatic systems will drive innovation and quality in our clients Workshop Department. .
Key Responsibilities – Mechanical Fitter
- Disassemble, repair, and reassemble mechanical components with accuracy
- Perform functional tests, specializing in hydraulic and pneumatic systems
- Choose suitable materials and methods for repairs, following approved guidelines
- Diagnose mechanical issues and recommend process enhancements
- Track and report operational data and oversee tool calibration
- Uphold strict adherence to safety, quality, and industry standards
Key Experience & Qualifications – Mechanical Fitter
- Demonstrated experience with hydraulic systems
- Knowledge of pneumatic systems and testing procedures
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work solo or collaboratively
- Background in regulated industries is a plus
- Strong grasp of mechanical repair processes and material selection
