Role Overview – Mechanical Fitter

Join our clients dynamic team as a Mechanical Fitter, where your expertise in hydraulic and pneumatic systems will drive innovation and quality in our clients Workshop Department. .

Key Responsibilities – Mechanical Fitter

  • Disassemble, repair, and reassemble mechanical components with accuracy
  • Perform functional tests, specializing in hydraulic and pneumatic systems
  • Choose suitable materials and methods for repairs, following approved guidelines
  • Diagnose mechanical issues and recommend process enhancements
  • Track and report operational data and oversee tool calibration
  • Uphold strict adherence to safety, quality, and industry standards

Key Experience & Qualifications – Mechanical Fitter

  • Demonstrated experience with hydraulic systems
  • Knowledge of pneumatic systems and testing procedures
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work solo or collaboratively
  • Background in regulated industries is a plus
  • Strong grasp of mechanical repair processes and material selection
