Logistics Team Leader Location: Wolverhampton Contract: Permanent We are currently working with a global manufacturer of complex aerospace components who are based in Wolverhampton. We are recruiting for a Logistics Team Leader. The Logistics OSP Team Leader will oversee OSP inspection, raw material control, works order movement, and receipt. Role Requirements – Logistics Team Leader   Inspect parts before and after subcontract operations. Ensure goods are protected for transport. Manage the receipt, storage, and issuing of raw materials to the machine shop. Oversee the physical transportation of parts throughout the manufacturing facility. Handle the receipt and packaging of finished machined parts. Attend site priority meetings. Collaborate closely with the supply chain and trade to ensure business alignment. Ensure compliance with current health, safety, and environmental legislation. Maintain a clean and tidy workplace following 5S principles. The ideal candidate for the Logistics Team Leader role would have: Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Effective team working and relationship management skills.
