Salary: £55,000-£60,000 + £6,000 Car Allowance / Company Car

Omega are supporting a growing contractor operating within the water sector, as they transition onto the AMP8 framework, in their search for an experienced Electrical Estimator. The successful candidate will take ownership of estimates, working closely with a small, established customer base across Yorkshire and providing a high level of commercial and technical support.

Key Responsibilities - Electrical Estimator

  • Prepare accurate and competitive electrical estimates for water sector projects
  • Work closely with key customers including Kier, Bentleys and other regional contractors
  • Work collaboratively with internal commercial and delivery teams

Requirements - Electrical Estimator

  • Proven experience as an Electrical Estimator within the water sector
  • Strong knowledge of water infrastructure and AMP frameworks
  • Ability to produce high-quality estimates independently
  • Comfortable working in a fully office-based role in Castleford
  • Able to hit the ground running - this is not a training role
  • Experience working with Tier 1 contractors
  • Strong commercial awareness and understanding of pricing strategies

Benefits include a £6,000 car allowance or company car, private healthcare, life insurance (3x salary), and holiday entitlement in line with company policy.
