This onsite role offers excellent exposure to stakeholders across the business, giving you real impact across the full contract lifecycle.

Main Duties:

  • Support bid / no-bid decisions through commercial and contractual analysis
  • Review and develop responses to Requests for Proposal (RFPs)
  • Manage contracts across the full lifecycle, ensuring compliance with commercial and customer requirements
  • Conduct detailed contract risk reviews and implement mitigation strategies
  • Negotiate pricing, terms and conditions, and contractual agreements
  • Handle complex customer correspondence, including claims and disputes
  • Administer major contracts, tracking performance, delivery schedules, and obligations
  • Maintain accurate contract documentation and change control records
  • Support programme planning and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders
  • Monitor performance and proactively recommend commercial and contractual improvements
  • Provide guidance and support to less experienced team members
