We're seeking skilled and passionate DevSecOps Engineers at all levels to join a high-performing team delivering secure, scalable and resilient platforms across mission-critical Defence programmes. This role places strong emphasis on secure infrastructure automation, CI/CD integration and cloud-native engineering. You will work closely with Infrastructure, Test & Integration and Security teams to embed security across the entire software development lifecycle, ensuring systems are robust, compliant and operationally ready.
You'll work with a modern technology stack including AWS (private and hybrid environments), Terraform, Ansible, Docker, Kubernetes, Git-based workflows and CI/CD tooling such as Jenkins, alongside Windows and Linux systems. Experience implementing DevSecOps principles, automating security controls, integrating vulnerability scanning and optimising platform performance will be key.

Key Responsibilities- Design, build and maintain secure cloud and on-premise infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible).
- Embed security controls and automated testing into CI/CD pipelines, ensuring compliance and resilience across environments.
- Collaborate with Security and Test teams to implement DevSecOps best practice across the SDLC.
- Troubleshoot complex infrastructure and integration issues across distributed systems.
- Deliver scalable, interoperable solutions into wider system-of-systems architectures.
- Optimise performance, reliability and security across hybrid cloud platforms.
