The Bid Manager is responsible for supporting bid strategy, processes and team activity to secure new business and retain existing contracts through high-quality, winning tender submissions. Working on behalf of a leading Facilities Management services provider, the role will focus on opportunities across Facilities Management, Security, Cleaning and Events sectors.
The successful candidate will manage the full bid lifecycle from opportunity identification through to submission and post-bid review, while developing compelling win strategies, leading a high-performing team and driving continuous improvement across the bid function.
