We’re working with a well‑established engineering and manufacturing business in Worcestershire that designs and builds industrial equipment used worldwide. They’re looking for a Mechanical Engineer who wants to work on real, hands‑on engineering challenges — not just sit behind a CAD screen all day. Key Responsibilities:
- Creating accurate 3D models, assemblies, and detailed drawings.
- Designing mechanical components, cooling systems, and structural parts.
- Working closely with engineers, project managers, and manufacturing teams to ensure designs are buildable and reliable.
- Supporting product development and improvements.
- Getting involved in testing, troubleshooting, and resolving technical challenges.
- Making sure designs meet the right standards and safety requirements.
Key Experience & Qualifications:
- A degree or equivalent in Mechanical Engineering (or similar).
- 3D CAD experience.
- A solid understanding of mechanical principles.
- The ability to produce clear, accurate drawings and specifications.
