We\’re offering a fantastic opportunity for a Digital Communications & Social Media Executive to join a forward-thinking team in a highly varied and creative role. The Role – Digital Communications & Social Media Executive You\’ll play a pivotal role in developing social media strategies, crafting innovative content, and supporting internal and external communications. Reporting to the Communications & PR Officer, you\’ll contribute to marketing content across multiple channels while ensuring the smooth delivery of internal employee communications. Occasional site visits will also form part of your content creation responsibilities. Key Responsibilities – Digital Communications & Social Media Executive Develop engaging social media strategies aligned with company objectives. Create and schedule content tailored for maximum reach and impact. Monitor social media platforms, responding to queries and engaging with audiences. Analyse performance metrics (e.g., Google Analytics) and produce insights. Produce newsletters, manager briefings, and employee updates. Collaborate with internal teams to organise corporate and divisional events. Experience – Digital Communications & Social Media Executive Proven experience in managing social media campaigns and channels. Strong copywriting and proof-reading skills. Degree or equivalent qualification in communications, marketing, or PR. Hands-on experience in internal and external communications. Exceptional organisational skills and the ability to work autonomously. Full driving licence and access to transport.
