Assembly Technician required to join a growing engineering and manufacturing team, supporting the production, integration, and testing of high-precision electromechanical products.
Main Duties:
- Assemble high-precision components using detailed engineering drawings.
- Build sub-assemblies using approved tools and processes and to industry and quality standards.
- Set up and operate equipment such as presses, drills, and specialist tooling.
- Complete all manufacturing documentation accurately and in line with procedures.
- Ensure work is carried out to required quality and compliance standards.
- Maintain accurate training and certification records.
The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate the following:
- A background in a similar role gained within a precision assembly or manufacturing environment.
- Ability to work from technical drawings and process instructions.
- Excellent dexterity and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with industry standards (e.g. IPC) is advantageous but not essential as training will be provided.
