The Role
We're looking for an experienced Injection Moulding Setter to join our team on a day shift . This is a fast-paced environment producing medium batch runs with frequent tool changes , so you'll play a key role in keeping production running efficiently while maintaining high quality standards.
What You'll Be Doing
Setting and changing over injection moulding machines and tooling
Managing frequent tool changes efficiently to support medium production runs
Optimising processes to improve cycle times, reduce scrap, and maximise output
Monitoring production to ensure quality and performance targets are met
Troubleshooting issues quickly to minimise downtime
Supporting continuous improvement across the shop floor
What We're Looking For
Proven experience as an Injection Moulding Setter
Confident carrying out regular tool changes in a busy production environment
Strong understanding of moulding processes and materials
Hands-on problem solver with good attention to detail
Team player with the ability to work independently
