Position: Deburrer Working hours: 39 hours over 5 days (flex start and Finnish between 7 am and 8:00 am) Salary £28300 to 30420 Location: Poole Type of position: permanent We are now seeking to recruit a Deburrer to deburr CNC milled prismatic components and CNC turned machined parts to high quality standards. Responsibilities: The deburring of external surfaces/edges. Internal cross drilling. Internal and external threads of aircraft components. Use of hand tools to meet customer drawing specifications. Final part marking. The use of air tools for deburring. An understanding of aerospace deburring. An understanding of different materials. Requirement: The ideal candidate will have good experience in a machine shop environment and have a high level of attention to detail and final product quality. Experience in the deburring of aerospace components would be advantageous but not essential. During probation period the right candidate would be expected to work 5-day week Monday to Friday.
