My client is on the lookout for an Electrical Engineer to join the team. They are a modern retail and e-commerce business who are looking for an electrically biased Maintenance Technician to carry out PPM within their warehouse facility based in Bradford.
Key Responsibilities – Electrical Engineer
- Maintain equipment such as balers, compactors, roller shutter doors and canteen equipment.
- Sprinkler system - maintenance and repair of sprinklers and associated equipment.
- Fire alarms testing, testing and repair of emergency lighting and portable appliance testing.
- Maintain and update records in a timely manner.
- Efficiently manage breakdowns, diagnose faults and carry out repairs quickly and efficiently on site equipment to minimise production losses.
- To carry out repairs and maintenance of ventilation and air conditioning plant (excluding the refrigeration component).
- To undertake first response to fire alarms (Full training given on site).
- On call 1 week in 5 (building maintenance).
