Compliance and Assurance Administrator Cirencester Permanent Up to Β£27,000 Compliance and Assurance Administrator required by industry leading company, based near Cirencester. We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical individual with strong Excel skills, an interest in data and management information reporting, and a natural aptitude for problem solving. The successful Compliance and Assurance Administrator will enjoy working with data, identifying trends, and supporting informed business decision-making while delivering high-quality administrative support across a range of quality assurance activities. Main Duties: Compliance and Assurance Administrator Producing regular management information (MI) reports, including data analysis, trend identification, and reporting insights. Supporting the administration of the complaints process, ensuring accurate record keeping and timely follow-up. Assisting with the monitoring of customer cases and operational risk events. Administration of the Quality Assurance Framework and maintaining associated records and documentation. Coordinating training activities and maintaining accurate training records. Providing general administrative support to the Operations Assurance team as required. Contributing to the production and maintenance of internal communications, publications, and reporting materials. The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate the following : Compliance and Assurance Administrator Previous experience in a similar administrative, operational, compliance, quality assurance, or equivalent support role, or transferable experience from a related environment. Experience working effectively within a team environment. Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate confidently with people at all levels. Excellent organisational skills and a methodical approach to work. High levels of accuracy and attention to detail. Ability to remain calm and effective when working to deadlines and under pressure.
