Our new client is looking for a Commercial Broker to join their friendly brokerage.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Looking after existing book of commercial clients, from SMEs to larger corporate clients
  • Maintaining meaningful relationships by providing excellent customer service
  • Further developing the current book, by cross selling techniques and business development
  • The development of existing insurer facilities in the UK (and EEA)
  • Developing the existing scheme and target markets
  • Operating within regulatory guidelines
  • Supporting other team members as appropriate/necessary to ensure a first-class service to all clients

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • 2+ years' experience in General Commercial Insurance
  • 2+ years' experience in generating and placing new business
  • Experience of Broking within the EEA would be an advantage as would a knowledge of arranging insurance for companies trading internationally
  • Driving license
