Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver the company's diversity, equity, and inclusion (DE&I) strategy aligned to business objectives
- Design and implement initiatives that promote an inclusive culture across all sites
- Partner with the People team and leadership to support fair and inclusive recruitment practices
- Create and deliver programmes focused on improving retention, engagement, and career development for diverse talent
- Deliver training on topics such as unconscious bias, inclusive behaviours, and cultural awareness
- Track and analyse diversity metrics, identifying trends, gaps, and areas for improvement
- Produce reports and insights for senior leadership, measuring the impact of DE&I initiatives
- Lead and support employee resource groups (ERGs) to build inclusive communities
- Collaborate with external organisations and partners to strengthen inclusion efforts
- Drive continuous improvement in policies, practices, and workplace culture
Experience / Qualifications:
- Essential: Proven experience in a Diversity & Inclusion, People, or HR-focused role
- Strong understanding of DE&I principles and best practices
- Excellent communication, influencing, and stakeholder engagement skills
- Ability to analyse data and translate insights into meaningful action
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives
- Desirable: Experience delivering DE&I strategies across multi-site environments
- Background within manufacturing, FMCG, or similar operational environments
- Experience facilitating training or workshops
- Understanding of employee engagement and organisational development
