We are now seeking to recruit a Warehouse Supervisor to work for a busy warehouse hub based in Rugby. The appropriate warehouse supervisor will be leading the team of up to 20 Warehouse Operatives, ensuring operations and throughputs, parcel presentation, productivity levels and achievement of forecasted CPU against budgeted targets.
Responsibilities:
- Whilst on shift you will be responsible for the supervision of Warehouse Operatives as well as the operations in your zone including throughputs, parcel presentation, productivity levels and achievement of forecasted CPU against budgeted targets.
- Supporting the Process Manager with the quality of all sortation and its performance against MI measurements.
- Managing and controlling the reduction of damages and claims in your zone.
- Undertaking regular coaching, 121's, performance reviews and team meetings with your Operatives.
Requirements:
- Good Maths and English skills written and verbal
- PC Literate
- Experience of distribution / warehouse Management.
