We are now seeking to recruit a workshop operator to work for an engineering manufacturing business based in Longlevens. This is a permanent position for a workshop operator who comes with a genuine interest in engineering manufacturing.
Responsibilities:
- Assembling and disassembling mechanical components
- Prepping parts including but not limited to improving material properties
- Operating saws to cut metal parts
- General shop floor duties
Requirements:
- This role would suit a candidate with a genuine interest in engineering manufacturing.
- Previous experience in manufacturing, ideally assembly or sheet metal or engineering manufacturing.
- Willing to perform various tasks within the manufacturing environment to support the paint shop, assembly, and CNC department.
