Working for a large school in Coventry my client is currently looking for a small works manager. This role will be to convert/upgrade of part/parts of the buildings. This work will work alongside the maintenance team and reporting into the FM director. the small works manager will be running roles up to £75k and will be responsible for delivering small works and life cycle works and inputting to all forms of Variation work. Condition surveying, quoting for works, cost control, quality control and contractual compliance to PFI SLA’s all form part of the overall responsibility, ensuring all records are maintained and updated in timely manner. This role will require a high degree of planning working with the school governors and outside contractors.
