Prepare and present reports following site visits and in additional a monthly report for allocated sites.

Provide High level field and in house technical support, including out of hours support.

Fulfil Service Agreement obligations

Provide application support and software troubleshooting to customers, on site and by remote dial in.

Advises clients as to maintenance procedures, evolution, site planning, operational methods, process measurement and control.

Flexibility to travel to sites anywhere in the UK for above activities in addition to primary areas of responsibility.

Prepare and write technical reports for internal and external use.

Promote sales of maintenance services and equipment, including spare parts, and advise Sales department of possible sales leads.

Assists Sales and Account management with preparation of quotations.

Commission equipment in the field as part of the project team.

Degree or HND in Electrical or Measurement & Control Engineering.

Clean Driving Licence (UK).

Self-Motivated and able to work unsupervised.

Demonstrate excellent customer focus.
