Stores Person
High Wycombe
Permanent
Stores Person required by successful manufacturing company, based in High Wycombe. The successful Stores Person will ensure that production teams have the right materials at the right time by managing stock levels, receiving goods, and ensuring that components are stored in the correct locations.
Main Duties-Â Stores Person
- Receive and check shipments, label and store electronic components.
- Keep shelves and stock areas organised for production teams.
- Monitor inventory and report shortages to avoid production stoppages.
- Move heavy items using pallet trucks when needed.
- Working closely with the production team.
- Use MS Excel to track stock levels and notify of shortages.
The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate the following: Stores Person
- Experience in stock control, ideally gained in an electronic manufacturing or equivalent environment.
- Knowledge of electronic component labelling/recognition.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Comfortable with safe manual handling and operating pallet trucks.
- Proficient with  MS Excel and Outlook.
If you are already a Stores Assistant, Stock Controller, Goods In operator you may also be suitable for this role.
