Omega are proud to be partnering with a leading national provider of commercial cleaning solutions in their search for a Business Development Manager. This is a pivotal role focused on driving new business growth, self-generating high-quality opportunities, and securing long-term contracts. The successful candidate will work closely with operational teams to ensure seamless service delivery and support the company's continued expansion within the cleaning services sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a targeted sales strategy for the cleaning services market, consistently achieving or exceeding personal sales targets through self-generated, high-quality leads across commercial, industrial, and public sector clients.
- Own and lead the development of tailored cleaning solutions, overseeing tender submissions, pricing proposals, and commercial negotiations to ensure competitiveness, alignment with client needs, and adherence to company standards and values.
- Collaborate effectively with marketing on lead generation campaigns and work closely with operational teams to ensure smooth handovers and seamless service delivery, aligning all sales activities with overall business growth objectives.
- Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, networking opportunities, and across social media platforms, positioning the business as a trusted and innovative leader in the cleaning services sector.
- Monitor and report on weekly sales activity and pipeline performance, contributing to accountability, transparency, and continuous improvement through accurate reporting and adherence to sales processes.
