Job Title: Repair Technician Location: West Midlands Salary: Competitive Contract Type: Permanent Role Overview – Repair Technician My client is a leading manufacturer specialising in the production of bespoke hydraulic products. They are looking for an experienced Repair Technician to join their talented manufacturing function. This is a permanent role based out of our client state-of-the-art West Midlands facility where you will be working on aerospace related components. Key Responsibilities – Repair Technician Finding and testing faults of complex hydraulic products. Assembling of complex hydraulic products. Reading engineering drawings. Completing Quality Audits. Building new/repairing complex hydraulic products. Using measuring equipment such as Micrometers, Vernier Calipers and Height Gauges to inspect component parts. Qualifications and Requirements – Repair Technician Apprentice trained (or equivalent level of qualification) ideally within Mechanical Engineering. Proven experience within a complex engineering/manufacturing environment Competent at reading and following different set procedures.
