Role: Production Technician Location: Skelmesdale Salary: £27,600 Early / Late Mon: 9am – 4pm, 4pm – 11pm Tues, Weds, Thurs: 6am – 2pm, 2pm – 10pm Fri: 6am – 1pm, 1pm – 8pm This is an excellent opportunity for a Production Technician to join a leading engineering business, operating in a wide range of industries including aerospace, defence, automotives and transportation. Key Responsibilities Main responsibilities: Prepare components to laid down instructions Inspect own work to identify trends & maintain quality standards Maintain a tidy / safe working environment Assist supervisor with the daily running of braze prep department Planning of various braze jobs Ensure process operatives have the equipment and means to complete their assigned tasks Qualifications & Experiences Previous production/engineering/manufacturing background Good general education, good literacy, numeracy and IT competence FLT operator desirable but can be trained Attention to detail What we can offer Pension – match contribution from 4% – 10% Life Assurance – 2x annual salary rising to 4 x if join Company pension.
