Head of Maintenance – Rotary Aviation Location: London Biggin Hill Airport Contract: Permanent We are recruiting for Head of Maintenance role for a client, based on their London Biggin Hill Airport location. Our client specialises in the operating and maintenance of helicopters used for various services. This includes Helicopter Emergency Medical Services, Aerial Surveillance, Training, and VIP Charter. Our client also sells helicopters and parts for them. Due to internal succession, our client is seeking a new Head of Maintenance to join the Senior Leadership Team. You will be reporting directly to the MD. The Head of Maintenance is UK CAA Nominated Post Holder position that provides crucial leadership for all maintenance activities. Your responsibilities will be to provide maintenance, modifications and repair of Leonardo, Airbus, Bell and Sikorsky helicopters. You will manage the base managers and support them to effectively lead and motivate their teams. You will be working withy hr maintenance planning and logistics teams to drive improvement in quality, efficiency and productivity. You will communicate with clients, and ensure our client continues to meet compliance requirements, working with regulators.
