Job Title: Electroplater Contract: Permanent Location: Reading Salary: Competitive Role Overview – Electroplater Our leading manufacturing client is looking for an experienced Electroplater to join their team based in Reading. The successful candidate will be responsible for the plating and inspection of components used within a range of industries inclduing aerospace and defense. What we can offer – Electroplater Competitive Salary 25 Days Annual Leave plus Bank Holidays. Life Assurance. Company Pension beginning at 6%. Employee Share Option. Key Responsibilities – Electroplater Plan and implement procedures to ensure best practices and high efficiency in plating operations. Establish and maintain control plans for all plating processes. Identify and address current process issues, integrating improvements to enhance productivity and quality. Provide instruction, training, and guidance to other workers involved in plating activities as needed. Develop and present proposals for cost savings and productivity improvements. Make recommendations for new plant/equipment and participate in factory layout planning. Carry out inspections and monitor plating quality, surface finishes, and adherence to standards.
