This is a fantastic opportunity to support our Power Earthing Department. Reporting to the Department Manager, this role will act as a central point of coordination between contractors, developers, internal teams, and clients, ensuring the accurate and timely management of drawings, reports, and technical documentation in line with project protocols.

The successful candidate will oversee document control processes within common data environments, administer uploads to collaboration platforms, and maintain compliance with naming conventions, revision rules, and metadata requirements. They will liaise with stakeholders to clarify requirements, coordinate submissions, and provide clear updates on project deliverables. The role also involves inter‑departmental coordination to ensure smooth workflows, equipment calibration and asset administration, training and competency tracking, procurement support, and general engineering administration. This position requires ownership of tasks from initiation to completion, with a focus on accuracy, efficiency, and continuous improvement. The post holder will play a key role in supporting the successful delivery of power earthing projects.
What You’ll Need:
- Experience in document control within engineering, construction, or a related technical environment.
- Proficiency in common data environments and collaboration platforms (e.g. Asite, Viewpoint, Trimble).
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills, with working knowledge of Word, Outlook, and office administration.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in managing drawings, revisions, and metadata.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills, with confidence liaising across all levels.
- Organised, proactive, and able to prioritise multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
