Are you an experienced professional with a background in sales environment, ready for a new challenge? If so, we have the perfect opportunity for you! We’re seeking a proactive and self‑motivated Sales Coordinator to provide comprehensive support, ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our Retention Sales Team.

You will be responsible for a specific region and discipline within the UK, where you will be expected to maintain existing pipeline and ensure our customers receive a well‑rounded service and prompt quotations which can cover Lightning protection & Height Safety testing and maintenance. You will be expected to assist in the management of the customers journey, communicating between internal stakeholders ensuring we meet internal and external SLA’s & KPI’s.

The Role

  • Manage and maintain the existing customer pipeline, ensuring regular follow‑ups, nurturing relationships, and identifying opportunities for upselling.
  • Coordinate with customers and internal teams to ensure seamless order processing and delivery.
  • Deal with inbound client enquiries via email and phone in a professional and efficient manner.
  • Serve as a key point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, issuing Lightning protection & Height Safety maintenance quotations and providing excellent service.
  • Maintain customer records to a high standard using internal CRM software.
  • Ability to process and comprehend technical information, with awareness of relevant Lightning Protection and Height Safety British standards.

What You’ll Need

  • To be successful, you will possess strong organisational skills and a keen eye for detail within all areas of your role.
  • You will excel within a sales and customer service environment while demonstrating a high level of proficiency using IT systems and Microsoft Office.
  • You will be a confident self‑starter with an ability to demonstrate excellent communication skills, problem‑solving tactics and use of initiative to deliver results.
  • You will have the ability to work under strict deadlines and have a proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets, with an efficient understanding of sales performance metrics.

Experience

  • Sales administration work: 1 year (preferred)
  • Microsoft Office: 1 year (required)
  • Customer service skills: 1 year (required)
