Are you an experienced professional with a background in sales environment, ready for a new challenge? If so, we have the perfect opportunity for you! We’re seeking a proactive and self‑motivated Sales Coordinator to provide comprehensive support, ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our Retention Sales Team.
You will be responsible for a specific region and discipline within the UK, where you will be expected to maintain existing pipeline and ensure our customers receive a well‑rounded service and prompt quotations which can cover Lightning protection & Height Safety testing and maintenance. You will be expected to assist in the management of the customers journey, communicating between internal stakeholders ensuring we meet internal and external SLA’s & KPI’s.

The Role
- Manage and maintain the existing customer pipeline, ensuring regular follow‑ups, nurturing relationships, and identifying opportunities for upselling.
- Coordinate with customers and internal teams to ensure seamless order processing and delivery.
- Deal with inbound client enquiries via email and phone in a professional and efficient manner.
- Serve as a key point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, issuing Lightning protection & Height Safety maintenance quotations and providing excellent service.
- Maintain customer records to a high standard using internal CRM software.
- Ability to process and comprehend technical information, with awareness of relevant Lightning Protection and Height Safety British standards.
What You’ll Need
To be successful, you will possess strong organisational skills and a keen eye for detail within all areas of your role. You will excel within a sales and customer service environment while demonstrating a high level of proficiency using IT systems and Microsoft Office. You will be a confident self‑starter with an ability to demonstrate excellent communication skills, problem‑solving tactics and use of initiative to deliver results. You will have the ability to work under strict deadlines and have a proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets, with an efficient understanding of sales performance metrics.
