Omega Red Group are looking for a dynamic Height Safety Contract Manager to join our team. Responsible for delivering large scale projects, securing new business, and championing technical expertise. The Role
- Play a pivotal role within the height safety team
- Drive growth and performance within the department
- Take a key role in technical compliance
- Secure sales and ensure profit targets are met

- Supervise the delivery of major projects
- Provide technical expertise whilst championing health and safety requirements

What Youâll Need
- Have experience in the height safety / fall protection industry
- Subject knowledge of the relevant standards (BS7883, BS EN 795)
- Be comfortable adopting a 'handsâon' approach with the ability to command respect from colleagues
- Work well under pressure and efficiently drive site teams to meet deadlines and high safety and quality standards
- Have a proven track record of estimating and project management with an ability to communicate professionally at all levels, ensuring operational excellence
- Thrive on problemâsolving and display excellent organisational skills
- Adopt a flexible working pattern to respond to and meet operational requirements
- Travel extensively with willingness to stay away from home as required
