About the role
An exciting and interesting position, complete with on-the-job supported training, is available from our Bristol-based office. This Trainee Estimator role shall consist of:
- Follow up on order enquiries, confidently persuading and promoting Omega’s service offering.
- Produce quality designs and estimates ensuring all specifications and requirements are met to the client's satisfaction.
- Ensure all quotations are commercially costed, taking into account plant, labour, materials, and time requirements.
- Retain and nurture existing client relationships for additional business through championing customer service and technical excellence.
- Interface with the client throughout projects where needed.
What you’ll need
- Ideally have experience in the construction industry.
- Strong customer interface with the ability to persuade, influence, and negotiate.
- Drive and passion to grow both profit and order intake.
- Well organised with the ability to prioritise and work autonomously.
- Valid driving licence is essential.
- Understanding of Microsoft Excel and be computer literate.
