One of our clients is looking for an ATS Coordinator, preferably based in Aberdeen or elsewhere in the UK, to work on site in Aberdeen.
Assignment Description
The ATS (Assisted Technical Services) Coordinator is responsible for coordinating all activities related to vendor and supplier technical support. The role serves as the primary interface between the project team, offshore personnel, and vendor/supplier technical support teams to ensure timely processing of ATS requests, clarification of work scopes, and mobilization of Field Service Representatives (FSRs). The ATS Coordinator oversees vendor mobilization schedules, training coordination, and call-off requirements while facilitating effective communication to ensure technical support is delivered safely, efficiently, and in accordance with project requirements.
- Vendor/supplier technical support coordination
- ATS request coordination
- Direct liaison/contact with vendor/supplier technical support teams for scope of work clarification and call off requirements
- Mobilization of vendor/supplier Field Service Representatives (FSR's)
- Coordination of vendor/supplier MOB dates and training advice
- Mediation between offshore team & vendor/supplier technical support teams
Qualifications
- Minimum 5–8 years of experience in offshore oil & gas, EPC, or FPSO projects.
- Previous experience on FPSO new build, upgrade, modification, life extension, or redeployment projects.
- Experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
