Trainee Estimator - Construction / Electrical

An exciting and interesting position, complete with on-the-job supported training, is available from our Bristol-based office. This Trainee Estimator role shall consist of:

• 1. Follow up on order enquiries, confidently persuading and promoting Omega's service offering.
• 2. Produce quality designs and estimates ensuring all specifications and requirements are met to the client's satisfaction.
• 3. Ensure all quotations are commercially costed, taking into account plant, labour, materials, and time requirements.
• 4. Retain and nurture existing client relationships for additional business through championing customer service and technical excellence.
• 5. Interface with the client throughout projects where needed.

• 1. Ideally have experience in the construction industry.
• 2. Strong customer interface with the ability to persuade, influence, and negotiate.
• 3. Drive and passion to grow both profit and order intake.
• 4. Well organised with the ability to prioritise and work autonomously.
• 5. Valid driving licence is essential.
• 6. Understanding of Microsoft Excel and be computer literate.
