Fleet Service Advisor Chippenham Hybrid Working £28,000 - £30,000 + Bonus

We're looking for a proactive and customer-focused Fleet Service Advisor to join a fast-paced operation, helping to keep vehicles on the road and minimising downtime for customers.

Responsibilities

  • Fleet Service Advisor Manage vehicle repair and maintenance cases from start to finish.
  • Liaise with garages, dealerships, suppliers, manufacturers and customers to ensure repairs progress efficiently.
  • Proactively chase updates and challenge delays to reduce vehicle downtime.
  • Keep customers and stakeholders informed through regular communication.
  • Coordinate authorisations, repair bookings and vehicle movements where required.
  • Maintain accurate records and case notes across multiple systems.
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls relating to vehicle repairs and servicing.
  • Escalate technical or complex issues to specialist teams when required.
  • Work towards service levels, performance targets and customer satisfaction goals.
