Job Description Supplier Quality Engineer (Automotive) Bolton 12-Month Fixed Term ContractDays Role£42,000 + Bonus out supplier visits for audits, development projects and corrective action reviews. Act as the primary quality interface between suppliers and the business. Monitor and report supplier quality KPIs, driving improvements in supplier performance. Lead supplier corrective and preventive action activities. Manage quality-related aspects of supplier change control processes. Investigate and manage supplier non-conformances and rejection issues. Experience/Qualifications - Supplier Quality Engineer HNC/HND qualified in Mechanical, Electrical or Manufacturing Engineering. Qualified IATF 16949 and/or VDA 6.3 Auditor. Minimum 3 years' experience in a Supplier Quality or Quality Engineering role. Automotive experience preferred, although backgrounds in electronics, mechanical manufacturing or high-volume assembly environments will also be considered.
