General Operator in Doncaster

What You\’ll Do:

Safety First:Adhere to all safety guidelines, working with management on H&S matters.

Product Marshalling:Ensure smooth movement of products around the department.

Communicating: Updating the team on the progress of rework and urgent items.

IT: Operating computer systems to track product and check the status.

Quality Assurance:Keep high standards by checking the quality of finished products.

Continuous Improvement:Contribute to new initiatives and help train colleagues.

Versatile Tasks:From general progress chasing to housekeeping, your role will be varied and dynamic with full on site training where required.

Occasional Additional Responsibilities:

Preparation:Get items ready for painting.

Manage and Pick Stock:Ensure customer orders are fulfilled with precision and care.

Support Machine Operators:Assist in feeding and taking off the paint lines.

What We\’re Looking For:

Team Player:Willing to work both independently and as part of a team.

Detail-Oriented:Able to meet deadlines and specifications with accuracy.

Safety-Conscious:Knowledgeable about Health and Safety, Fire Awareness, and Environmental issues.

Experienced:Previous experience in a similar role or factory environment is a plus.
