Are you a passionate Quality leader ready to drive real change and embed a culture of excellence? We’re looking for an experienced Quality & Continuous Improvement Manager to lead our Quality function and shape the future of product and process excellence across our business.
About the Role
Reporting into the Operations Directorate, you will play a pivotal role in developing and leading a high-performing Quality and Continuous Improvement function. You’ll champion a “right first time” culture, transitioning the business from quality control to quality assurance, while driving performance, compliance, and customer satisfaction. This is a leadership role with real influence—responsible for shaping strategy, embedding behavioural change, and ensuring our systems, processes, and people consistently deliver exceptional standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop the Quality and Continuous Improvement strategy across the business
- Drive a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, and operational excellence
- Develop and maintain an integrated management system aligned with regulatory and ISO standards
- Ensure compliance with safety, legal, and industry requirements, while continuously improving processes
- Lead internal and external audit programmes and compliance initiatives
- Support new product development, ensuring quality standards are met before launch
- Use data and analytics to identify opportunities and deliver performance improvements
- Work collaboratively across departments and supply chain partners to achieve a zero-defect mindset
- Provide visible, inspiring leadership to the Quality team
About You
You’re a confident leader with a strong track record in Quality and continuous improvement, capable of influencing at all levels and driving meaningful change. You’ll bring:
- Degree-level qualification (or equivalent experience)
- Quality qualification (e.g. CQI)
- ISO 9001:2015 Internal Auditor certification
- Proven experience implementing and managing Quality Management Systems
- Strong experience in internal/external audits, compliance, and investigations
- Demonstrated success in change management and performance improvement
- Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills
- Strong analytical and systems capability
