We are looking for a proactive, solutions-focused Customer Care Advisor to be the main point of contact for our external customers. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about customer experience and committed to getting things right first time.
In this role, you will support customers through their guarantee claims and service queries, process orders accurately, and work closely with colleagues across our business to ensure a seamless, high-quality service experience.
What you will be doing:
- Providing fast, efficient, and empathetic support to customers and internal teams.
- Owning enquiries, issues, and complaints, delivering solutions and keeping customers updated.
- Accurately processing orders, quotes, and guarantee claims in line with KPIs.
- Making proactive follow-up calls to gather feedback and support continuous improvement.
- Collaborating with the Customer Relationship Manager, Quality Assurance, and wider teams to spot trends and resolve issues.
- Reducing order entry errors and meeting quality standards.
- Building strong cross-department relationships to ensure smooth processes and great customer outcomes.
What we are looking for:
The ideal candidate will be educated to GCSE level (or equivalent) and confident using PCs and various systems, with proven experience in a B2B customer service or sales environment. They will demonstrate high accuracy and attention to detail in data entry, alongside a strong track record in effective complaint handling. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as is the ability to build strong relationships and collaborate well across teams. We are looking for someone who brings a proactive, solutions-focused mindset and a commitment to continuous improvement, ideally with experience in the kitchen industry or a fast-paced sales environment.
