Omega PLC is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Coordinator to manage live developer sites in accordance with strict site and Omega PLC service level agreements. Key Responsibilies:
- Accurately process call off information ready for order within service level agreements
- Liaise with installers, developers, and internal teams to achieve contractual deadlines within budget
- In collaboration with Contract Managers, assist in resolving any site issues efficiently
- Maintain internal documentation, systems and procedures, ensuring compliance from enquiry to completion and complete any small live site amendments where necessary
