Job Description
Omega PLC is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Coordinator to manage live developer sites in accordance with strict site and Omega PLC service level agreements. If you thrive under pressure, enjoy problem-solving, and have a solid understanding of kitchen installations and design, wed love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilies:
- Accurately process call off information ready for order within service level agreements
- Liaise with installers, developers, and internal teams to achieve contractual deadlines within budget
- In collaboration with Contract Managers, assist in resolving any site issues efficiently
- Maintain internal documentation, systems and procedures, ensuring compliance from enquiry to completion and complete any small live site amendments where necessary

- Solid understanding of kitchen components and installations
- Skilled in reading and working from scaled plans
- Strong communication and organisational abilities
- Confident working independently under pressure
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; CAD and SAP knowledge a bonus
