Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop a sales plan in line with our 3-year strategy.
  • Develop monthly and quarterly plans in line with our sales forecast.
  • Spend time out on the road developing new business & generating sales.
  • Promote and secure factory and showroom visits to showcase the business and products.
  • Develop a sound technical understanding of all Omega products and services to support our Sales Process.

Skills & Competencies:

  • A strong prospector to drive new business development.
  • Exceptional negotiator and solutions provider.
  • Cohesive Team builder.
  • Ability to build long term relationships.
  • KFM/KBB background preferred.
