Responsibilities
- Service, adjust, and repair process and production machinery and equipment using the necessary tools safely and properly.
- Examine machinery and equipment, report on condition and performance, and propose improvement actions.
- Carry out planned and preventive maintenance according to agreed schedules.
- Support overtime and flexible shift requirements when needed.
Qualifications
- Level 3 NVQ Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent manufacturing background.
- Proven technical experience as an electrical engineer, with ability to solve problems and PLC/automation experience.
- Experience developing, manufacturing, commissioning, decommissioning, operating, and maintaining products, equipment, processes, or services.
- Hands‑on maintenance role covering electrical, conveyors, and processing equipment.
- Preferred experience in machine‑tool maintenance.
- Strong planned maintenance skills and ability to organise engineering plant activities.
