reactive roofing repairs including diagnosing and rectifying roof leaks.

Undertake general building maintenance works across commercial, education, industrial and retail sites, including paving, slab laying, repairs and external building works, ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard of workmanship.

Work collaboratively as part of a wider team of mobile engineers and maintenance professionals.

Accurately complete job documentation and provide updates on completed works and any follow-on requirements.

Travel to client sites throughout the Midlands and South of England, with occasional periods working away from home.

Qualifications & Requirements - Multi-Skilled Builder / Roofer

  • Previous experience within general building maintenance, roofing or multi-skilled construction environments.
  • Ability to carry out a broad range of reactive building repairs and maintenance works.
  • Experience fault finding and repairing leaking roofs would be highly advantageous.

Competent in general building tasks including paving, slab laying and external repair works.

Good understanding of health and safety requirements on client sites.

Full UK driving licence is essential.

Willingness to travel extensively and stay away from home when required.
