  • Finance Transformation Lead
  • Conduct a comprehensive review of existing finance processes, systems, data structures and operating models to identify improvement opportunities and transformation priorities.

Evaluate and critically assess recommendations proposed by external advisors and implementation partners, ensuring alignment with business objectives and operational realities.

Provide subject matter expertise across Record-to-Report, Order-to-Cash and Procure-to-Pay processes, driving process redesign and future-state operating model development.

Create a phased transformation strategy and multi-year roadmap that delivers both immediate business benefits and long-term value.

Define key foundational activities required to enable transformation, including data governance, process standardisation, master data improvements and reduction of unnecessary system complexity.

Develop value measurement frameworks and contribute to the preparation of robust business cases that demonstrate expected benefits and return on investment.

Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA and experience aligning business processes to standard platform capabilities and best practices.

Extensive understanding of end-to-end finance processes, particularly Record-to-Report, Order-to-Cash and Procure-to-Pay.

Experience managing, influencing and challenging consulting firms, systems integrators and third-party delivery partners.
