We’re looking for a Warehouse Administrator to support our Raw Materials, Supply and Finished Goods teams, to ensure smooth operations through coordination and data management.

What You’ll Do:

• Coordinate supplier deliveries and logistics with precision.
• Manage SAP systems for order tracking, purchase orders, and inventory updates.
• Analyse warehouse data to identify trends, improve efficiency, and support decision-making.
• Support supply chain operations by communicating shortages and delivery statuses.
• Maintain accurate reports and documentation to support audits and stock counts.
• Monitor material handling equipment servicing and raise purchase orders for repairs.
• Assist transport teams with customer delivery queries.

What You’ll Bring:

• Proficiency in Excel (including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and data validation).
• Ability to interpret and present warehouse performance metrics.
• Strong administrative skills with experience in SAP or similar systems.
• A data-driven mindset with the ability to analyse and maintain accurate records.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.
